It is simple to report issues for any of our MyRoundcube Plugins. We would like to kindly ask for you to open tickets at myroundcube.googlecode.com and only through Plugin Manager Center. If you pay close attention to your Plugin Manager Center ( screenshot ), you can see an “Issue” link for each one of our plugins.
Tickets not issued from within Plugin Manager Center will be closed as invalid. The reason for this is that we need the token to check necessary information about the issuer’s setup (OS, Database type and version, Roundcube version, installed plugins and so on). We want you to run our plugins issues-free and for us to be capable of troubleshooting and correcting things, this is the most effective way we have.
